Have been having some difficulties by being on sick leave and self employed and I really needed to speak to someone. Spent the last £5 in cash I had to get to get the bus to the branch on Friday. I arrived after the opening time advertised and the branch was closed. There is no landline number to ring the branch so instead I had to sit on a bench talking to someone on webchat, panicking and sitting on hold for two hours on a phoneline that kept cutting me off? Still didn?t get any help.Been a loyal customer to RBS for over 10 years & have my insurance with them but after this humiliating experience, I question what service I am actually getting from RBS and will sadly be changing banks because of this experience.

Appalling service. Stood 10 mins then had to approach a staff member who told me to go to Natwest!! They couldn?t help so went back to RBS and was ignored all over again!! The guy was busy opening a new account for someone so was too busy to help an existing customer.

If you have had a Pay Day Loan in the past, The Royal Bank of Scotland will not let you have a current account with them But Natwest will give you one this revew will help you out so you don't get embarrassed when they say NO

Not a dig on any staff members but it's absolutely dire that there's only one RBS bank in the whole of Leeds and surrounding areas and it's only open 9-5:30 Monday to Friday i.e. when most people are working and unable to go to the bank! There is no way I can get there even though I live and work right in Leeds centre, and the next nearest branch is miles away in Bradford. Even if the Leeds branch opened at 8am or stayed open til 6:30pm one night a week it'd be sound.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! 1 PERSON AT THE CASHIER DESK TO SERVE. BLOODY CRAZY.
AND THE REST OF THE WORKERS ARE JUST SITTING AROUND HAVING A RIGHT CONVERSATION WITH EACH OTHER.
ONE PARTICULAR STAFF JUST SAT THERE SHE DIDN'T EVEN ASK ANYONE CAN I SERVE OR HELP YOU
