Well stocked with plenty of range, Couldn't find an item I was looking for but a member of staff was happy to point me in the right direction. There are plenty of fitting rooms which were clean. Although there was quite a queue the staff were great at serving customers efficiently so it didn't feel like you were waiting for long. Given it was busy staff seemed to be good at keeping the stock off the floor and restocking.

Had a really uncomfortable experience at Primark. The security guard followed me and my friends around the store for no reason and even watched us while we paid for our items. Despite that, we were still accused of stealing, which was completely out of line. I want the name and badge number of the guard involved so I can make a formal complaint. He has a turban on his head. Customers shouldn?t be treated with suspicion when they?ve done nothing wrong.

had a reasonable experience here today until it came to the fitting rooms. there was a lady and a younger man. the man seemed kind but the lady was being rude to him, ordering him to sort out some stock. the lady was also very rude to neurodivergent girlfriend, insisting that she count the items out individually multiple times and getting frustrated at her. she then told her to put her socks back in the basket and then put the basket near the desk but we were never given the socks back as other baskets were put on top of ours. overall a very frustrating experience and the tone of that staff member really needs to be improved

Nowhere near enough staff on tills. Especially early evenings
Queue outside of the blocks. 40-50 customers - 2 members of staff.
Really unfair on the staff working their hardest. Like this all the time

Last couple of days, I visited Primark with the recommendation from Neeraj Konwar long time ago. To be honest, I realize that this place?s ambience is literally spacious and lots of options to choose. Actually, I came here with the hope that I could find the set of suit for my special event. Sadly, I could not find one which is the most suitable to me but at least I was still able to choose the shirt and the white t-shirt. I have to shout out to Mr. Neeraj for his attentive consultancy. He gave me advice what I should do then, and also introduced his colleagues to me. I was touched. Thank you so much. Next time I will come back.

The queues are always horrendous.Never enough staff serving.It?s neither fair on customers or staff.

I went here to shop and the atmosphere is horrendous, I don?t know what the staff were doing however they obviously were not doing their job correctly. There was litter and clothes everywhere like a bull had just charged through and messed everything up and the staff were not blinking an eye or even attempting to clean and organise things. absolutely disgusting

Bigger than most other Primark in say Wakefield. Usual stock spread over several floors, Inc beauty section/shop and a Greggs. The Greggs is viewable from outside.
