I?d like to start off by saying the general staff are brilliant but the manager on at 19.30pm 16/07/2025 is a disgrace to your company. Belittling members off staff in front of customers give them tasks when there already serving someone and when been told ?I?m just serving someone? to his response as ?well am sure it will only take you 30 seconds?. Arrogant, rude and nasty. Power to the head and clearly bullied in school. Maybe come get a job outside of retail and see how quickly you?d be brought back down to earth.

Very sexist the whole bottom floor is ladies and then upstairs tucked away in a corner is a tiny men's department. Scandalous in this day and age

Took item for exchange - just jogging bottom which are still on sale I was 2 days over returns date -explained due to illness was not able to return earlier but manager wasn?t interested so I told them to keep the joggers and left It?s a dump
