Came in as a Party of 4 for an evening meal in December.
One of our 4 meals (chicken saltimbocca) was way below what we expect from Prezzo. Very tasteless and only just warm!
Also, we had a Meerkat discount code which was clearly valid for the date of visit.
I watched our server mention this 'round the corner' to the Duty Manager. They spoke to each other for about 30 seconds. The Manager then came over after standing in the same position for a couple of minutes. She said she'd 'been online' to check the Company Policy and that no vouchers were being accepted in December. An absolute blatant lie. She hadn't been on any computer and the Voucher clearly stated valid for every day except Christmas and New Years Day. I don't expect lies from the Management Staff at any restaurant and we won't be back!!

We love it here. The staff are friendly. The food is great. And we love going as a family. The kids always ask to go on special occasions.

So pleased that we ate at Prezzo last night, the staff were all great and the food was lovely. Matthew was our waiter and he was fantastic.
Our thanks especially to the manager for fitting us in at short notice and congratulations to the restaurant for an excellent experience.

I booked here for a meal with family before we was going to theatre.
We arrived early before our booking at 5.30 got there about 5.15 we was sat at the table nearly 20min before offered a drink then didn't get food given to us till about 5.45 then waited again till just after 6 to order desserts then was also told most of desserts was not available.
By 6.40 we had to cancel the pudding and leave service was very slow disappointed.

Food was overcooked and had no flavour.
We sat for over 30 minutes after finishing our food waiting for a member of staff to come over and take our desert order.
And then had to wait another 20 minutes after to get our bill.

Well what an amazing experience we had here. Mel the assistant manager was just amazing so understanding and caring . My little girl has allergies Mel just made this so easy for us . Thank you Mel your kindness was very much appreciated.

Ordered the lobster and crab ravioli the ravioli was hard so I asked the waiter if the chef could redo both portions he was lovely? the assumed manager came over with a attitude and said you better pick something else as it?s gonna come back the same I said but ravioli is meant to be soft she then repeated herself and gave me a attitude I paid for my drinks and left 0 rating

Took my bestie there for a treat for her birthday and we were not dissapointed the lady who looked after us was amazing I think she was the assistant manageress think you need to upgrade this lady she was so good she helped us with the wine the young man helped me with my booking on my ipad now the food both of us chose the same meal the crab lobster ravioli was delicious plus it was a good portion and the little board with happy birthday was a very nice touch especially the lemonchelo spelt that wrong I think! Overall a great experience thankyou to you all

I was thinking about this restaurant is high rating but food is so mid, pizza dough taste like frozen, waiter wasn't nice, after getting a bill she just came up with payment terminal straight away.

Went here on my 30th birthday used my birthday Voucher for a scrumptious ravioli. The manager who gave me the food was hospitable, attentive and accommodating. Thank you

Very disappointed in portion size of the canneloni having paid £17. Chocolate pudding terrible. Service very slow. Overall can pay that price and get better quality good and service elsewhere.
