Usually like Prezzo, but this branch has really got worse over the last few months. We went with friends on 28th December and the service was absolutely shocking. The waiter could not seem to get our order right and we kept having to repeat what we wanted, at one point he had to ask someone else for assistance. We had eaten our starters and were sat waiting for our Mains when he came up and asked if we had had a starters yet? even though he had collected the plates from us a few minutes prior. None of the staff seemed bothered and all seem to have a miserable face on them. It also took about an hour to get our main courses. We all paid and left disgusted at the service. We won't be going back.

Sat there for over half an hour before we had to ask someone to take our order. The manager came over due to a gluten allergy, who then informed us that they were out of all large pizza bases, that could have been useful to know when we sat down!!
The manager even left us mid conversation to go and give another table their food ?? Ended up leaving and going to pizza hut.
So thank you very much for the poor service and wasting our time.

Excellent glutenfree carbonara very hot and tasty. Shame I hit my finger jammed under my loose seat, but never noticed the blood blister under my nail until after I had left. Maybe a quick H&S check on all chairs might be sn idea.
Dietary restrictions: Good choice for coeliacs. Dish came with a glutenfree flag inserted.
Parking: Staff very friendly and helpful. We were lucky as a group of 6vbehind us was turned away due to lack of staff. We were a group of 3.

Went in sat down, not one member of staff approached after 15 mins. Got up walked out. Jokers in that place terrible service

Excellent restaurant for family dining. Good kids menu to match that for older tastes. Staff attentive but not overwhelming.

We had a 2 for 1 voucher. Food was nice. Service was slow especially for a quiet night. Table was only half cleared. Ended up having to go to the bar and ask to pay as no-one came back after they cleared half the plates.
Nice food for the money. Would visit again.

Had lunch with a friend today and it was just perfect. The restaurant itself is lovely and a high standard of decoration. The food is high quality with excellent choice and the menu is clear for dietary requirements. It was the service that really impressed me though. The person that served us with the tattoos couldn?t have been better, I had lots of questions and requests and nothing was too much trouble at all. An absolute asset to your business. Then to top it off we got 25% off the bill for signing up to the newsletter. A perfect lunch date that I will definitely repeat and recommend to others. 5*

I was pleasantly surprised by this chain company. Calamari was delicious and all food was cooked really well. Server was a bit non existent but no major issue. Polite when we spoke to him.Would recommend

Visited on a Sunday Bank Holiday Weekend - wasn't busy and was seated straight away. Staff were friendly and attentive.Haven't been to Prezzo's for a while but whilst visiting Leeds White Rose Shopping decided to stop here for lunch. The menu had some new Summer dishes.Food came out quickly we shared starters - the Calamari was really niced with an added twist with the batter slightly seasoned.Main dishes were a good size and tasty.Overall a nice meal with good service.Vegetarian options: Good options available

Love Prezzos. We go for big celebrations, yesterday was my brothers 30th.Ethan was fantastic fron the moment we walked in (which was a relief from the snarky servers in frankie & bennys).They were busy but Ethan was cool, calm and collected although being run off his feet.Orders were taken promptly, food was delicious (as usual) and the atmosphere was on point. Ethan was fabulous and friendly, ready with a smile and so very personable. Really added to the experience!We would absolutely recommend, and will be coming again. Thank you!Dietary restrictions: Fantastic gluten free menu, woth staff having a brilliant understanding of what could/couldnt be eaten
