I've been a regular for over 6 years and it seems there is a big vibe change within the staff. The staff seem upset and not so productive. I saw a blonde woman shouting at a barista, maybe she is the manager as she wasn't wearing any uniform, she needs to slow down her attitude.

I travel into Leeds centre almost daily for my lunch at the Pret store on Infirmary Street. The consistent good quality of the food at Pret is primarily why I bother to travel into Leeds but the staff and the manager at the Infirmary Street branch are lovely.

Very rude lady goes by the name JOVITA serving on the till. Calls me forward to serve me then screams at me saying she?s not serving me? What?s the point in calling me forward in the first placeMade me feel very upset and humiliated, especially in front of my baby, not a nice experience at allI hope this is a one off as the staff are usually very friendly there

My little boy wanted a hot chocolate and marshmallows but they don't do marshmallows which was okay but the assistant gave him a gingerbread man which I thought was sooo lovely! Then my son spilt his hot chocolate and the same assistant was amazing in cleaning it up and gave him another one for free. Such a lovely person as she didn't have to do that!

As always with Pratt, there were plenty of comfy seats and the coffee was good. Pastries are always way to sweet. I had the almon croissant but the almond paste was not pleasant. Much prefer Pret over other coffee chains as they are not pretentious.

Been coming here for a few weeks now, and the staff are so welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. They have a nice rapport with regular customers too. The store is kept very clean and tidy and it?s a nice place to catch up with work, relax and have breakfast/lunch. Club Pret is well worth doing if you find yourself at Pret a few times a week. I would highly recommend this branch as it is in the quieter part of Leeds City Centre.

Always a great idea. To serve freshly made food and good organic coffee, while also trying to do the right thing. Since setting up The Pret Coffee Fund in 2014, they?ve been building long term relationships with their farmers and sharing sustainable farming practices. Together with the Cenfrocafe Cooperative in Peru, they have designed a course to educate, inspire and support the next generation of coffee farmers, helping them to build a sustainable business through coffee farming.

I live in liverpool and travel to go work at Leeds everyday. My last time visit I order drink and sandwich and muffin. But I got only my drink and sandwiches so I ask her I want muffin she complain me that I to slow order. So after I paid I go back at counter again and buy many many of muffin cookies and many thing Ollie is the one that give me nice service he a young boy with nice smile and be patient with old slow lady as me I want to thank you him by write this review for him. I been customer for this branch for year but I got bad day and good day at same time. I am sad I get bad reaction from your staff but I forgive them but I get good service from Ollie so it made my day Thank you Ollie I hope I write his name right. You are have good service mind and so kind to another. Millions thank???
