Wouldn?t normally leave reviews for Pret but it restored my faith in humanity today. Watched as a man came in from the street with two pound coins asking for two coffees today. He was incredibly polite, wishing all the staff a ?Merry Christmas?. The staff without even thinking twice decided to give him the coffees on the house for him and his friend. The act of kindness clearly made him very happy and he was very grateful. It may not seem like a lot but if everyone could be more giving like that, we would live in a much kinder world. Well done Leeds station Pret staff.

I work shifts and drink coffee everyday and various hours. I have been to all establishments that serve coffee within Leeds Train Station. The teamwork at this Pret is exceptional. Coffee delivered Fast. Just how I like it. In and out as quickly as possible.

Recent hike in prices is too much.
There's an independent coffee shop around the corner called Laynes, which serves much better coffee for 15% less. Go there instead

The lady who served me today kept repeating everything I said - which came across a little condescending. Then I had to ask fo a tray to put my food and pending drink on, which she didn't seem that eager about. The last time I was there the service was much better, and I was served by a different person.
Vegetarian options: The egg mushroom hot sandwich is good, albeit a bit on the salty side.

Latte is nearing double the price it was, while quality has dropped and customer service is better at greggs these days. No point anymore

It?s fine if you are short of time or maybe it?s out of normal hours, but it?s expensive, coffee isn?t great and there are better options only a short walk out of the station. LAYNES is just a very short walk away, does very good coffee, is better value and is an actual local coffee shop.

A busy chain ?. everything is acceptable only downside was they only appear to have one toastie machine to toast the sandwiches so it took an awful long time to have two toasted sandwiches

A standard chain of cafe. There is a good amount of seating in the cafe which is clean. The staff were friendly and service was efficient.

Always a good place to pick up a matcha latte or treat - my go to's are usually the chicken, basil and avocado sandwich (so fresh!), a shot of ginger or a smoothie, matcha latte and delicious milk chocolate cookie. The cookies are crunchy around the edges but super gooey and deliciously soft in the middle!

Had an iced latte. Was yummy. Oliver was really sweet and had some cool bleached hair!
