Wouldn’t normally leave reviews for Pret but it restored my faith in humanity today. Watched as a man came in from the street with two pound coins asking for two coffees today. He was incredibly polite, wishing all the staff a “Merry Christmas”. The staff without even thinking twice decided to give him the coffees...

I work shifts and drink coffee everyday and various hours. I have been to all establishments that serve coffee within Leeds Train Station. The teamwork at this Pret is exceptional. Coffee delivered Fast. Just how I like it. In and out as quickly as possible.
