Really great service. After seeing glowing reviews, I went to get a clasp fixed on an ankle bracelet that had come apart after getting caught on something. I was more than happy to pay for this service but they fixed it for me free of charge! Was in and out in 5 minutes. Highly recommend :)

Amazing service. I went in to get a couple of links removed from my watch. The gentleman that served me was kind and professional. I only had an inexpensive item but he made me feel as though I had brought in a Rolex or something similar. The service I received today was exceptional and I?ll certainly be returning with any future watch related repairs/purchases. Thank you very much.

We called in today as I needed a new watch battery and fancied a new watch strap. Its obviously a family business and very popular with a constant stream of customers. But even though they were very busy the staff were great, really helpful and took time to help me find what I wanted.

Excellent service today as usual on a vintage watch bracelet repair. Able to give quality advice on all aspects of watch repairs. I have had two vintage Omegas as well as a Tissot repaired, always good value.

Took my watch in for the bracelet to be polished. Superb service and a very reasonable price. My watch came back looking brand new. You don't need to go to the high street when there are places like this around.
