Very warm rooms.

Room 101 stank of damp and was inordinately warm. In fact the whole of the first floor corridor was very hot compared to everywhere else in the hotel I don?t really understand. I?ve stayed here before and haven?t had any problems but this stay was really disappointing.
Staff as ever were very friendly this is not a criticism of them. Breakfast was good.

I just wanted to leave a special mention for Sheree the lovely lady on reception who truly went above and beyond during our stay. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness that we immediately felt at home. She was incredibly helpful, whether it was offering local recommendations, assisting with last-minute requests, or simply taking the time to check in with a smile each day.
It?s rare to come across someone who so clearly takes pride in making guests feel welcome and cared for. Her professionalism, patience, and personal touch made a real difference to our experience. Thank you for going the extra mile ? you are a credit to the hotel and we?ll remember your kindness fondly!

every time i came in and out most times staff would be smoking at the front like 2m from the door. not a good look at all

Everything you would expect from the usual Premier Inn; however Sharon was a life saver. We had been let down by Booking.com and rocked up at Leeds East Premier Inn with no Booking and Sharon was incredibly helpful, (showed rooms available, advised how to get best price, set room up for a family with no notice!) it was also during the heatwave so Sharon also brought us in fans to cool the room and offered jugs of iced water. Thank you so much!

No electric to my room , Nick on reception will not call maintenance will not move rooms or swap hotels he will leave a note for the next shift that does not help me now.
Apparently no power to a hotel room is not a valid reason to switch rooms . Won?t engage and walks out of reception every time I ask for a resolution.

Plenty of parking, friendly check-in. Clean well presented room, although with no air-con it can get rather hot, had to open window to cool it down! A fan was provided, a nice touch, but I personally don't like the noise when I'm trying to sleep. Breakfast was really enjoyable, great choice, fresh, well presented and cooked with decent ingredients. Dining room and kitchen staff deserve a pat on the back on the two occasions we have stayed here.

Great location just come off the motoway and outskirts of Leeds City Centre, lots of places to eat and drink in the area. We had a good stop over indeed.

No fault with the hotel, but security in the car park needs upgrading due to vehicle break-ins.

This was my 2nd time staying at this premier Inn. My room wasn't as nice this time. No arm chair in the room was told waiting for delivery. The plaster on bathroom ceiling was coming off
. Reception staff member was very pleasant

Premier Inns really are a wonder. Great location and a great bed and shower! Half the price of staying in York and just the 20 min drive in.

The lady on the reception looked extremely surprised almost annoyed when I walked in and asked for a room. She asked me to sit down and make my booking online (yes while sitting IN THE RECEPTION)
The rooms looking at the back of the pub next door are quite noisy due to a big fan being constantly on.

Asked for room to be cleaned never got cleaned for time I was there. Man on desk not very helpful. There is a pub next to premier inn which is good. No WiFi on tv so couldn't connect to it to stream from phone. Breakfast is ok not the best. But staff very friendly serving food. Wouldn't stop here again
