Dear Premier Inn Management and Staff,I cannot adequately express my gratitude for the exceptional service my family and I have received at your hotel since 2022. Every interaction with your team has been characterised by professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.During our recent stay, my younger daughter accidentally painted a wall with crayon, and as parents, we took full responsibility for the incident. However, your staff's response was truly exemplary. Upon contacting the hotel reception, we were met with understanding and kindness. Your team went above and beyond to promptly clean the wall without charging us anything, despite our willingness to cover the costs. This act of generosity and exceptional service has not only reaffirmed our loyalty to Premier Inn but has also guaranteed our patronage for the next decade. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff members who contributed to making our stay memorable and enjoyable. With sincere appreciation,Saad

We had a good night's sleep here and the breakfast and meal on the night was excellent. Unfortunately, apart from this, it wasn't a great stay. We had no spoons for the hot drinks in the room. Our key card kept losing it's ability to let you through the doors, meaning that we had to get the card coded again or replaced during the stay. The WiFi was incredibly slow and kept losing connection. They have a very bizarre 15 minute interval slot booking system policy for the restaurant and you can't just turn up to eat, yet breakfast is a free for all because you don't have to reserve a time at all? The restaurant is far too small for the size and capacity of the hotel. The car park was a nightmare as well, desperately too small for the busy Hotel and vehicles parked all over and everywhere. There's a distinct lack of staff here and the staff that are here seem massively overworked and overwhelmed with the volume of tasks they have to cope with, I genuinely feel sorry for them. Car park and hotel grounds full of litter. There's nothing within comfortable walking distance of the Hotel apart from the Football ground, meaning that once you're in, you're in for the night. I just wouldn't choose to stay here again and Whitbread really need to have a good look into this Hotel and focus on how it can be improved.Rooms: Please be aware that the air conditioning and heating unit works by using 2 buttons. You need to switch off the 'cold' power and turn on the 'hot' side on the unit to heat the room and vice versa to cool the room. It's great it's got A/C but the instructions card doesn't explain this.Nearby activities: Apart from the football ground, there is pretty much nothing going on and nothing of any interest within walking distance of the hotel.Safety: Key card kept dropping out of use, meaning that you had to get your card cut again or synchronised again during the stay.Walkability: White Rose shopping centre is a 35 minute walk away from here.Food & drinks: Food was really good and restaurant was well furnished. Just think they have a ridiculous evening meal time slot booking policy whilst breakfast is a free for all. Restaurant is far too small as well.Noteworthy details: Car park is too small for the size of the hotel unfortunately and fills up rather fast. There are on road parking bays next to Porsche if you get desperate.
