The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Liz and Jordan who went out of their way to be settle me in and help. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast consisted of a lot of choice and had alternative milk for me as have a dairy allergy.

Great hotel a few minutes walk from Leeds train station and the centre of town?check in was quick and easy considering the hotel was fully booked.. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again

Stayed for tow nights with some friends on a shopping few days, staff very helpful check in easy room comfortable and left luggage available. The hotel is only a few miniates from the station which makes it very good fur us traveling by train, there is a big carpark next t the hotel not sure of cost. Lots of lovely places to have lunch or dinner . I will say the breakfast did look busy but we chose to eat out. This is our second stay here and will come again.

The staff particularly Katlin are warm and welcoming. I arrived at the hotel tired and hungry. The food was really good. The staff however made it just that little more like a home from home. Their knowledge of the local area was invaluable.

First time we had stayed here, very quick check in process, warm welcome, nice gift left in the room (large bar of chocolate). We didn't really need to speak to anyone until we realized we did not have our printed tickets for a show that night we were in the city to see, worried we could not get in, the staff went above and beyond to get our email and help get these printed off for us. They didn't have to do that and could very easily say no, it is not something they are allowed to do etc. but they didn't, stress over and show enjoyed. Everything else was great too, room was clean, decent view, powerful shower which we like, everything.

Woke up by drilling at 8 this morning and the manager was very rude when I tried to address the situation and there was clarit on the bed sheets do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

Stayed while away for work. Situated in the centre of Leeds so was great for commuting to where I needed to be. Self checked myself in which was easy enough, the room was nice and clean with everything that I needed. Went for breakfast in the morning, service was pleasant however food was lukewarm with no eggs on the buffet so had to ask for some which once I received them I had nearly finished. Overall though nice stay and would definitely return.

I wish I got the gentlemens name as he was so welcoming, friendly and lovely to talk to for me you can tell how your stay is going to be by the greeting and the way the reception person is with you and he was a delight

Away for the weekend for a stan party, Jordan looked after us very well. Very friendly and attentive. She went above and beyond for us, from advice on shots to taking a group photo for us all. Thank you very much

Really lovely hotel in a perfect location. Gent that checked us in was so welcoming. Room was lovely and quiet. Room was uncomfortably warm during the night even with air con - this is purely due to time of year but hate the think how much warmer it would have been higher than the 1st floor. Maybe a lighter sheet? You can?t open the windows so that didn?t help sadly. When turning on the tap there was a drain smell instantly but disappeared after a few minutes. We didn?t report any of this as it is niggles and for the price paid we were in no position to ?complain? Perfect stay & a perfect birthday. Would 100% choose this hotel again over other premier inns in Leeds.

Brill stay always. Premier plus rooms are just so much better and have everything you need. Love the WiFi and free bottled water in fridge and iron and board if needed just great! Normall use cite park but been taken over so please just the NCP wellington street downloaded the app before I went you scan when go in and scan when go out and only paid £11.95 for 24 hours it?s so easy leave the car park by the exit walk slight up and turn right and straight down to bottom and your on Whitehall road little short walk, Went in for an early check in wasn?t possible so they stored out luggage for us while we went shopping and came back later no problem. Always my fav hotel in leeds will be back

Check in for my partners birthday for the weekend to celebrate and on my part thought I had booked 2 premier plus rooms but booked 1 premier plus and 1 standard spoke to Jordan who very kindly sorted this so me and my party were all together!! Excellent service and will definitely be back

Jordan saves the day Amazing customer service from Jordan who went miles out of her way to help us when we had an issue with our booking she instantly dropped what she was doing to help us a did it all with a smile on her face thank you Joran for your help your managers should be proud to have you working on their team.

Great value for money Close proximity to train station- just took about 5 to 7 minutes walk with luggage Nearby convenience store Room was spacious and clean Amenities were sufficient. Staff was friendly and helpful Highly recommended

WHO CHARGES FOR WIFI ON THE 21ST CENTURY! £5 for 24 hours is a rip-off given you are already paying more than competitors easyHotel and Travel Lodge who give it for free!
