Im not happy with my stay, WiFi coverage isnt great. Complications any time I've stayed at a Premier Inn hotel. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is decent. I will be staying somewhere else from now on though.

Nice budget hotel right next to the Arena. Very handy. Close to pubs, restaurants and takeaway. Not the cheapest but it depends what you want it for. We had a convention at the Arena so it was excellent. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. We had breakfast and that was ok. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Brilliant hotel for the arena, unfortunately didn't have enough time to explore how close it is to the city centre but its surrounded by bars and restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, the staff all friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

I stop in a lot of Premier Inns around the UK and this is definitely one of the best Ive ever stayed in. This was the standard room but it was very nice and fresh looking. Lots of USB sockets and mains sockets.
If your seeing a show at the Arena then this is THE hotel for you as its about 30 seconds away to the venue, also very close for gigs at the O2 academy or Glee comedy club.
The shower had a rainfall head and also a detachable head.
The bathroom had a normal light as well as a low brightness purple light so you don't have to wake yourself up in the night by turning on a bright light to see.
The room was super quiet, excellent soundproofing.
Excellent thick curtains with a pelmet too.
There is a Morrisons local and a Subway right next to the hotel.
Its about a 15 minute walk from the railway station.
I have added lots of photos including many 360 degree ones of the room (standard room) for Google Streetview.
Highly recommend this hotel, look forward to returning.

Car park not on site but very close by.

Lovely little premier inn, comfortable rooms

Can't recommend this hotel enough!
First of all, the hotel is located just over the road from the First Direct Arena. You honestly can't get closer and there's a pelican crossing to help you across. Super convenient and there's a Morrisons just below, as well as a town on your doorstep to explore! Check in was super easy on the self-check in machines and there's someone on reception to help with other bookings queries. Checkout is similarly simple as you just return your key cards.
The room itself was spacious. We had a triple room and found it plenty big enough. We stayed during a heatwave and the air conditioning was amazing, perfect to cool down! The purple lighting in the bathroom is a unique feature. The only issue we found was hairs in the shower, which we had to clean before getting in. Take your own shampoo- the room only has 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash.
As for breakfast, I can't recommend it enough. Monicka is so helpful and made sure vegetarian options were brought to the table. There was a selection of teas and pastries. The cooked breakfast was great, albeit except for the 'This isn't bacon'?, in my opinion. The lifts contain posters stating the busiest times to visit the restaurant on each day, which is perfect for those who like a quieter start to the day!
Overall, I would definitely stay in this hotel again if visiting the arena.

Room was MASSIVE! Felt like we got a premier suite or something! Stayed after slamdunk and had an amazing night's sleep. Close to bars and clubs, great location
