After my package didn?t arrive after 7 days all they could tell me was it wasn?t there anymore, didn?t even ask for the reference number to check. Attitude was that its not our problem go away

I've lived here for 13 years in middleton Post office I've known me and my children all there lives they have such a good relationship with the peoplekn the area and so pleasurable and go the extra mile for the vulnerable hands down best shop owners very well respected by everyone here and one of the workers does alot of charity work such a pleasant place

Bad service asked to send a parcel second class signed for they said it can only be done first class then they put it through has special delivery before 1pm unfortunately it was someone posting it on my behalf on royal mail website says and gives a price for second class signed for don't trust this post office at all they will con you
