I have a fairly good overview of the services this post office provides, and I am a frequent customer. I post items, return Amazon goods, collect parcels from there, and also top up my electricity. The service is run by a lovely owner who works really hard and literally never stops. It's such a friendly team; the service has greatly improved and expanded since the new owner took over the business. It's a really busy service, but they work as fast as they can and are always polite and friendly. The current 3-star ranking does not reflect the standard of service they provide

This is my local post office but since it has been taken over by new owners they are not very friendly to customers and it feels very awkward being served by them. When they are handing anything over to you it feels like you?re wasting their time. Very bad service I will not be coming back.

First time I?ve been here even though it?s my nearest PO. Out of habit I normally go to Old Lane. This one was quieter, much tidier inside and more reasonable prices. A very well arranged stationery section ?
