This post office used to be so nice and friendly two ladies used to run it in the 80s and 90s . I used to buy all my cards from there. The 2 guys that currently work there are so rude and unhelpful, I wanted to change some £2 coins and you would of thought it was the end of the world. Telling me I needed to go to the bank. (What bank!!I'm sure they live in another universe. That shop is so dingy now and there's always a queue. Now I drive to Bramley.ps would give the zero. Star.

The two men who work here are astoundingly rude and lack any sort of understanding of how to act towards other human beings, it goes beyond bad customer service.. they have bad souls. It's not like I caught them on an off day either, I've been begrudgingly coming here for years and every day is an off day. I'll be going to Headingley library in future.

If you have to go here try and get served by anyone other then the old guy with a beard, had to come back twice for what would've been a 2 minute job (which was sorted easily by the other guy working there so credit there)He's got a foul attitude, makes up rules from what I assume are from the dark ages when he started despite royal mail website and emails saying otherwise.

There?s two gentleman that seem to run this post office and they?re both incredibly unapproachable and lack the most basic customer service skills. Every time I have (I?ll go elsewhere as much as I can) to use this post office, there?s always an issue with a wrong box, bag, label for other customers. The results in long delays and queues out the door. Today, I was just over the postage label weight limit and I asked ?so what can I do? and was told to ?go home and reprint?. Surely they can sell postage labels there? Why was this not offered? because they lack any kind of empathy or customer service.

Has to be thr worst post office I have ever been too. The old man woth the grey hair is the rudest most ignorant person ever. Avoid at all costs.

It?s good if you really need one. Other than that it?s just all over the place. It takes a while get things done (base on 4 visits).
