Came here with the family for our Christmas Eve meal. The staff were excellent and there was a lovely Christmasy vibe in the restaurant. Magdi the head chef was amazing with my son. He went out of his way and let my son make his own pizza, what an absolute credit he is to this restaurant. Would definitely return again, thank you!

I want to thank Kyle & Jodie for going above and beyond when I dined at the Restaurant on Thursday 19th December 24.
It was very, very busy and after wondering why it was taking time to take my order, I realised they were the only two customer facing staff running the show!
Chefs were busy in the Kitchen, Guests looked to be enjoying themselves and these two were working their ?butts? off!
Hats off to them, I do hope Pizza Express read this and take it on board.
They saved your reputation between them.
Question is why so compromised on staffing levels especially at Christmas. ?

I?ve been to Pizza Express before with my partner, and it was good. We also used to order from them often on Uber Eats as we like their pizza. However, while passing by one day, we decided to order their Too Good To Go deal, and the experience completely changed our mind. The staff member was cold and unfriendly, acting like they were looking down at us, which made us feel unwelcome. The deal was supposed to be 1 main or 3 sides, but they gave us three portions of soggy chicken wings that were completely inedible?more like food for dogs, literally. It was incredibly disappointing. As a final decision we won?t get back there again or order from them .

The pizzas are pretty light, but the toppings are a bit minimal. The flavor isn't anything special, so I can't really recommend it as an authentic Italian pizza spot.

The dough was literally not pizza dough; It was so soft and chewy, it almost felt raw in some parts. They are VERY economical with their toppings, I had like two tiny tasteless mushrooms on each slice even though they charge at least £2.50 for each topping. Quite frankly, their incredibly high prices are inexcusable for a pizza of such low quality.
You are getting two starts and not one because at least I did not get food poisoning.

Excellent visit. The restaurant was busy, but the staff still managed to find us a table. The service was excellent, with the order taken within minutes snd the food arrived relatively quickly. The person who served us was polite and friendly.
The only negative wad the prices which seem to have gone up to 30% to 40%...a can of coke was of £3.
