Needed some medicine for my sick father, these people failed to update their opening hours and the nearest open chemist was over 6 miles. Disgraceful, you?ve had nearly six months to change your opening hours.

Went with my mother for the covid vaccine and we were shocked with the status of the placeThe floors were filthy, a TV monitor near the till with loads of spider webs hanging. When mentioned to the staff, the answer was''complain about it, they may give us more staff'' it is news to me that the staff serving is the one that cleans the space. If that is the case it has been many months since the place has been cleaned. Disgusting ?

Today I rang to order a repeat prescription and enquire if my son's prescription was ready, the young lady Lisa who dealt with my call was so helpful and polite and went the extra mile to help me. It was a pleasure to deal with her and she couldn't have been more helpful if she had tried. THANK YOU.
