Once you spot Pets at Hone at the back of the shopping centre you can park nearby and staff are super helpful. I was just collecting items for a friend and they had it sorted in seconds!

Always have a smile and a welcome from the staff here. Heavy items (15kg sacks of dog feed) carried to your car ect, clean and tidy and their animals are well looked after.

Went with very excited daughter to buy syrian hamster, after looking at them for 20 minutes and not a staff member in sight finally someone appeared and I asked if she would be able to hold one, staff member just said "no" and walked away.
