Even a 1 star is too high a score. Lied about failed delivery on Friday as I was at home working all day in front of the window!!! Liars? checked live tracking today, Monday? saying it would be delivered between 11.53-12.53 !!! liars? they were less than 4 miles away at that point !!! live tracking has since been switched off ? called customer services one hour later at 13.53 to check what?s happening as I do have a life but am working from home again so can see very clearly if they drive past!!! Even customer service said driver has switched off live tracking so has sent a msg to said driver!!! This is diabolical.

Wait all day for a delivery, app said delivery between 5 & 6. Then at 5.30 app said tried to deliver. No customer service available, just a machine that says instructions on card left by driver. There isn?t a card, and depo number isn?t recognised!! You?d of thought after the Post Office scandal they?d of got there act together. Just as bad as Evry!!!

There was no problem to pick up a parcel ones we've missed a courier at home. One call before setting of to make sure I could pick it up and there you go, parcel collected, everyone's happy. Car park available, I was there at around 6-7pm and found a space straight away.

attempted delivery on Fri, arranged Sat delivery £12 but they couldn't find the address as it says address problems on tracking, so no delivery attempted. Called to parcelforce and now I have to wait 3-5 days to get it delivered to local post office which is 2 miles away from depot, not to mention they will charge £1 for deliverying to local post office, what a joke.

The four stars are all for one driver, Mr.Sergey Karatonev, who proved to be our saviour. He deserves 5 stars whereas the other drivers all deserve 0 stars hence I have given a 4. After 3 failed attempts with those drivers not even reaching our building and returning without contacting us, it was Mr.Sergey Karatonev who took it upon himself to contact us and deliver our luggage. His professionalism was indeed commendable and I hope Parfel Force can acknowledge him for his exceptional customer service and other drivers get to learn from his example

Utterly useless. Driver turns up, waits less than a minute then scarpers before anyone can get to the door. Trying to speak to a human to complain is like the Hunger Games. Wish there was a 0 stars option.

I've been waiting since the 13th of December they say they have attempted delivery 4 times and I've checked cameras and they have been nowhere near they need to get some better drivers

First time shipping with parcelforce express 24 .I was let down last week by another firm and was recommended this company. To be let down again I took items to my local post office in belfast paid £35 for 2 boxes of Christmas presents to be told next day delivery and its been saying at delivery depot from so am so sad that my grandkids have not received their presents or my daughter for Christmas this is not exceptable if they are providing a service its a shame on them that my daughter and grandkids have none of their presents for Christmas

Sent my parcel back to sender without attempting delivery. Was never given any information about customs and had no idea there were any charges to be paid - no card through door, no letter, no emails or phone calls. Shocked at service
