I had a bad experience at this salon. The hairdresser named Paula made me uncomfortable when she commented on my hair type in a negative way. When observing the natural thickness and waviness of my hair she casually calls it ?strange.? I think hairdressers should recognise that everyone has different hair types and be respectful towards customers. I also don?t understand why it?s so shocking that not everyone has naturally straight hair. It?s one thing for a customer to complain about some aspect of their hair and for a hairdresser to be ignorant about it.This was both rude and unprofessional. There were other times when she spoke about my hair in a non- positive manner. I felt as though she wanted me to dislike my hair. I did not feel valued as a customer in the slightest, or like I was treated kindly, and will not be returning to this salon again.

The person who cut my hair straightened my hair before she cut it baring in mind my hair curly. Why not to wet it or do you not know how to cut curly hair. And no nice conversion just silence. Worst experience I've had not a good enough cut at all. I never wear my hair straight as I love my hair naturally curly I just hope it grows right. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL... clearly don't have a clue what they are doing at all need more training. You do not need to straighten curly hair before you cut it how utterly blummin stupid.

If I'm honest the business isn't worthy of one star. Why would straight curly hair in order to cut it? The stylist was silent which made it awkward. Cheap hair cuts and less then acceptable knowledge and friendliness. Do NOT give your money to this business...

The salon is bright and clean. It has divider screens between chairs, and masks are worn by staff and customers. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have been coming here over 15 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Probably the first place I've been in a long time that actually cut my hair the way I asked for it to be done. Really nice staff too. A great find. Will be going back.

Had my hair done by a lovely lady called Paula, she worked wonders on my rats tails, she listened to what I wanted and advised me as to the best way to do it, highly recommend going as the staff were all very friendly and efficient, I will definitely be going here from now on, thank you
