I just wanna say how much unhelpful and disrespectful the staff is at this o2 centre i been there there few times Try to sort out my situation with the SIM card And change the contract many times they said come back later so then after a few weeks I came back and then they said I have to pay more because I break the contract they should?ve explained that to me long time ago when I came a few times to ask about my contract situation , Super helpful and super rude especially the young man with dreadlocks told me to sort out my own issues with the password and he can?t do anything about it standing there and chatting to his friend , even though later I came back and his colleague manager to help me

I visit O2 trinity store to get information regarding contract device. The moment I enter the store I saw sad faces standing as store was empty. No one bothers to approach me as they keep busy discussing other matters and chit chat with each other. When I ask for information they reply in very cold and unprofessional manner. That was my first and last time visiting O2.

Very bad experience today in trinity . Already a customer with O2 , came with my phone needing repair , after telling this to the manager told me to sit and relax .. many customers who came after me were served however because I am not a new customer wanting to buy was left just until I give up and leave!! Really disgusting attitude and very bad from the staff involved! Will not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs!!

Second visit here, staff were nit very helpful. Conversation ended with it would be as easy for me to just go home and use the app rather than deal with them they said. Not very helpful at all. Want to my local o2 shop in Skipton, job sorted within 15 mins. It was a simple case of computer says no so they couldn't help.

Fantastic Customer Service from Iby at O2
I just want to say a big thank you to Iby, the manager at O2. He was incredibly helpful and professional, quickly resolving an issue I had with a voucher code on my mobile. His support made a real difference ? thanks to him, I was able to reconnect with friends when I needed it most. Great customer service like this is truly appreciated!

My wife went to the trinity store this morning, on my behalf, after I got no answers from customer service or the white rose ,Leeds store. Within minutes my wife was speaking to a guru. This man was so helpful. He sorted out the immediate problem and gave me wife so much information on how I could give her the authority to act on my behalf in future. Sadly, my wife didn't get the name of this amazing person, so we will thank the whole team. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

very rude staff and have been given unintegrity information about broadband and sim package, and ask me to call custmer service for further information. But after call customer service, I notice they are not true.

told me to sit and wait and relax. Avoided serving me as long as possible, serving 2 other later customers before me. was surly and abrupt. A very unpleasant experience.

absolutely appalling customer service i had today from o2. was patronised in store, called ?my dear? on numerous occasions even after i asked politely to not call me that. extremely unhelpful, would not recommend.

Just want to thank Charlie in the 02 at Trinity boy that young man was run off his feet but he was so patient even when I was not and not only helping and advising another staff member he still worked with every ounce of professionalism Thank you !

Here where you can find most rubbish customer service, never ever try to go with o2 they just keep robbing you off, no help, anxiety and depression all the time, taking you to the level to determinate your life, I advise everyone who ever see this review, never ever try to go with o2, they will make you mad.

after millions times calling them to cancel my contract, they said they've done it but they still charge my bank account everymonth even I left UK and came back my country, now I don't know what to do but looking at them robbed me money every month. Really bad service, will never use again
