80 year old to buy set up and learn to use her new phone, shame on the rude boss of the store who told Jack he had done too much for the customer .

Went to the Whiterose Store today and I had a few queries that needed to be answered??
Fahima and Maryam answered all of my queries professionally and promptly.
I was very impressed and left the Store Happy and Content?!!!

Not sure if the staff are trained on specs anymore. Or just trained to sell whatever makes them the most that specific week. Asked about technical specs regarding RAM on a phone or memory and was looked at like I was an alien. How someone can sell phones and tablets and not even have a clue what RAM or memory is referring to is unbelievable.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, lovely person was extremely helpful, plus as I have certain disabilities, and can't stand for long ( knee replacement) they found a chair so I could sit while I waited as it was quite busy. Got my new contract and I'm delighted. Thank you!

I recently came in as I was having issues with my phone. I have autism and got very overwhelmed but Summayh who served me was extremely understanding and helped me resolve my problem. I really appreciated her patience and kindness.

What a pleasant experience I had Wednesday morning, walking into this store. From start to finish, five star service. Lovely lady Heather greeted me with a cheery smile. I waited no more than ten mins to be seen, by the very knowledgeable Jack. Efficient service throughout my visit. Thank you guys for all your help.

Popped into the O2 store with an account issue that had been going on for months and hadn?t been resolved through customer support. Honestly didn?t expect much, but Amaan was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to understand the problem and got it sorted then and there. Can?t recommend Amaan enough. Top service! Great to know there?s still real help when you need it and happy days again.

Right attitude from Amaan who calls himself the manager of the store. Think he has superiority over customers talking in an aggressive manner. Needs to learn & appreciate customers who took out time to visit the store. Taken my business to EE where I received professional services with a smile? 2 more family contracts going to EE. Sadly will not be using O2 and their store after being a client for more than 8 years.. well done Amaan

Having waited since Saturday 22nd March for Virgin O2 via an off shore call centre to send a replacement SIM card out for my father's phone, I decided to take my father to this O2 store in the White Rose Centre to get a replacement card and have it activated immediately.
Upon entering, we were greeted by a chap whose name I do not recall. I explained what we needed and he said he would get someone on it straight away.
Muhammed appeared, took the necessary details, mobile number, security I.d. and questions, and within 10 minutes we walked out with a working mobile, replacement SIM card inserted and activated.
Great work from Mohammed and the O2 store.

my phone contract runs out in about 2 weeks how do i know if i can get a new phone no one has been intouch with me to tell me if i can get a new phone also can i get a new number or do i have to keep the same number thanks linda
