They have refused to take prepaid Royal Mail parcels. I have been there many times without any problems. He said I should to ask him first to bring them in??? There is an option to bring them to ANY post office. He also said that I have to go to Armley PO and they will accept them. When I said about complain he answered that does not care and I can complain. I hope you will lost licence soon.

Expensive shop to be expected as a local but ask for a receipt and check it, amount shown on the shelf isn?t what is charged, didn?t realise until I was home and wasn?t given a paper receipt to be able to challenge it sadly

Went to drop a parcel off at 5.35pm told they couldn?t accept it as postman had already been for collection. Please bring back the other staff who run this shop as they accepted parcels anytime.

Went to drop off some letters at 17:33, told me it?s too late because collection for them is 17:04. As if they can?t accept it and just leave it there for the next day! Ridiculous!

Always use phone to pay including scratch cards however I went to purchase a dog treat which was £1.89 he tried charging me £2.25 for it when I said no I'm not paying that he then refused to allow me to buy scratch cards without cash because he loses money on them, utter rubbish he has a very poor attitude and very rude to customers, never had troubles before didnt like the fact that I wasn't going to be ripped off so got funny. 100% Mark up on asda price for same product, plus the price was clearly shown on shelf yet 36p different at counter I'd suggest you check before paying because he's a rip off merchant

This shop is owned and run by a lovely family who care about the community. All there staff working there are really kind and helpful. A wide range of stock, post office facilities and always a friendly greeting!

A man, I presume the Manager or owner or "Big Boss" as the counter assistant described him and he was wearing a Nisa jacket, just blocked the doorway in an arrogant and ignorant fashion. He looked over his shoulder saw me and that he was blocking the entrance and he just carried on with his conversation ignoring the customer trying to get by him. What a rude man!The staff in here are usually really nice, I was shocked at this ignorance and rude behaviour that was from a senior member of the team.

Seems like I wasn?t the only one that has been scammed by the false pricing today. Went in to go and get some items which included the same cereal the previous reviewer purchased to end up have the same problem. Fuming and bang out of order I say during a lockdown.
