Donna at the reception was affable and efficient, she updated my details on their system and quickly booked me in for an appointment - sorted what I came here for in a matter of minutes, perfect.

Won't be going here again. Went to this opticians complaining of a sudden blurry left eye to only be throbbed off with glasses. Following day was admitted into hospital with OPTIC NUERITIS & LOST VISION in the same eye for weeks!!!!! My problem is why this wasn't noticed when seen by this optician / why advise to go to a&e wasn't given. Thank god I used my own initiative!!
