I visited today as I was unable to make a payment via online banking. Probably as it was a larger payment for a house deposit.
I walked into the branch and they were immediately able to help me out. Sorted everything out quickly and I was soon out of there.

if you?re under 18 stay away, can?t change your address on the app, can?t even move my £50 from the big thank you to a nominated account now that i have turned 18. the card reader usage is outdated too imo. out of all the banks i use this one is the biggest hassle and i wish id never opened up an account in the first place.

This bank is simply the best. I love love love the way they give us the fairer share payments depending on how they perform on yearly basis. On top of that , there?s monetary rewards when they achieve certain milestones like purchase of virgin money. No other bank looks after its members this way. Thank you nationwide ?

As I was told to wait in the waiting area, branch manager approached me and cordially took care of my issue. Very civil and appropriate!

Such a hassle for a simple task of change of address am sure she was new & just went through unnecessary script. Told me it was updated yet hadn't even taken my new address!
Stop hassling customers who want to use the window counters & actually help those who are waiting for face to face customer service. If I wanted mobile banking I would have it!
Next time will just close the account

I had a on going issue, for which I I had to go to the branch on a few occasions , but when met Annett she told me not worry i will sort it out, and to be honest she did a amazing job, I would absolutely definitely recommend this branch for everyone if you have any issues and if you get Annett you?ve hit the jackpot cus she will not let you leave until she solves your problem,Many thanks Annett

Here the personal in the chat are laying custumore and do anything to resolve the problem, and are murckle to everyone this will help Also in the same time. Bank u?e the money from standing ordered to have more comission without permision. I belive most of the people how work here they are payed for nothing and to layed the people how are used this bank. I went in to ask for passport copies to be certified, I was told it would be no problem and I was asked to wait. I was left waiting for 20 minutes before being told by a different person that they wouldn?t do it and was sent away.
