I've been visiting Naru for a number of years for my eye tests and my children's. After using a chain opticians for a long time, I like Naru for it's independence and the consistency of seeing the same optometrist and receiving the same excellent standard of care and professionalism every time. The small team of staff are all friendly and welcoming. Jugesh is extremely knowledgeable. He is excellent with child patients, explaining the different steps and reassuring them so they're at ease. I would highly recommend this opticians.

Naru Opticians is near my house and I am keen to support local and family businesses rather than the big chains.I had not had an eye test for 10 years and had noticed my close sight getting much worse.The staff were very friendly and professional and the shop is modern and hi-tech- the test was slick and quick - with an excellent range of glasses especially the great brand Moscot.I gained a new pair of reading glasses plus a back-up pair for a very fair price - plus a x2 year free scratch repair guarantee. I would recommend Naru Opticians to anyone wanting fast, friendly, local and professional service.

I went to Naru Opticians based on the reviews so thought I'd add my own 5* one after visiting myself. I had my first eye test in years today and I felt really looked after by both Jugesh and Helen. They were both so friendly and welcoming and I felt completely at ease meaning I felt like I could ask any questions I had. Jugesh talked me through my prescription in detail and spent way more time than he needed to which made me feel looked after. When it came to choosing my frames, there was absolutely no pressure to choose on the day and Jugesh made it very clear I could even go away and think about my decision so no pushy sales which was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone. :)

Had a great experience having my eyes tested at Naru. Jugesh was extremely professional and thorough explaining every step and made it a very pleasant experience, far better than the more commercial places I usually go to. He has a great choice of frames and I'm looking forward to collecting my new everyday varifocals and my sun glasses just in time for my hols. Recently started using Naru Opticians and I can honestly say that I was very impressed. The shop is bright and welcoming with quite a few brands that I'd not heard of before that looked really cool.Jugesh was very professional and thorough regarding my eye test and helping me to select my specs, without being pushy about the sale.
