Not a jot of care from the staff, just rude and unhelpful from the off. This was met with a very sketchy ordering procedure, which resulted in us almost leaving, but ending up ordering from the till from a staff member who was actually the only polite one on the team. The manager was arrogant and useless and the supervisor mirrored her attitude, when twice he was abrupt with us. Far too much ego and way too little customer experience skills. I won?t be back there in this lifetime. All in all the most underwhelming Nando?s experience in living history and I had to pay for it. I thought I?d gone into Karen?s by mistake at first. I anticipate the standard response of ?we?ve relayed it to the team, it won?t happen again etc.? The issue is the team leadership that is a catastrophic failure on any interpretation. Change the staff!! There are people out there who want the work and will do it passionately. Find them & hire them!

Chicken thighs have been my favorite but idk since when they make it extremely salty. Feel like they spilled the whole bottle of salt in it?and it tastes even bitter. Please change it back?

not been to that one before, it was clean, staff polite, food was good especially when we ordered, till was down, we paid when staff came to table but best bit was our food was duplicated staff came with food the second time and because it had been cooked we could take it home with us so boxed it up and took home, suppertime was sorted ??, Thank you NANDO'S, much appreciated.??

Love Nando's restaurants, great vegetarian options, this is a great Nando's. You need to get a main with 2 sides, the mains on their own are too small but this is sort of advertised on the menu.

Where do I start? this Nandos does not hire servers that speak to customers in an appropriate manner! I came in as a family of 4, my son has adhd and autism so struggles from time to time with lots of loud noises. I made the lady of who served us aware, and not only was she dismissive and rude, she laughed as she walked away. I have never in my life been made to feel that awkward. The food was then served 40 minutes later, and there was no apology just dropped on our tables like we were animals. I?m so truly disappointed with this experience, nandos need to hire better trained staff, I asked the name of the waitress of who served us and it was ?Shauna?. Customers need to be made aware that this lady not only made me and my family feel extremely uncomfortable, she is also allowed to be a manager! Nando?s please do better as a large company you should be hiring people with better performance.

Nando?s in Leeds is absolutely fantastic! The food here never disappoints. The chicken livers are a hidden gem on the menu?perfectly seasoned, tender, and bursting with flavor. The chicken wings are another standout, with just the right balance of smoky, spicy, and tangy. The peri-peri sauce selection is the icing on the cake, allowing you to customize your meal to your taste. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make sure everything is spot-on. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it a great spot for any occasion. Highly recommend this place for a truly delicious dining experience!
