Never really get Nandos- always find it a bit plain but the restaurant itself is decent. Worth a visit if you are a Nandos fan as its centrally located

Be Aware of Parking Restrictions!
This Nando?s location has no dedicated parking. While there are parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant, they belong to a private company associated with a medical center. There is no prominent signage warning customers that these spaces are off-limits for Nando?s patrons.
I parked briefly (about 10 minutes) to collect my food and was issued a parking fine. The staff provided little assistance and advised me to appeal to the parking company. This lack of clear communication and signage is disappointing and inconvenient.
If you?re planning to visit, make sure to find alternative parking to avoid fines. The restaurant should take responsibility for making customers more aware of this issue, perhaps by adding visible signs at the entrance.
No surprise this place often seems empty?poor customer experience starts with these preventable issues!

Had Mia as our waitress was lovely and bubbly, had some issues with some ketchup which she sorted and cleaned very quickly. 10/10 reccomend

went to this nandos and all of the staff are coughing in the kitchen. Waited about 40 minutes for food.

As others seem to have reported - parking ticket for 3 of our group that were driving.
£180 in fines for a group of 5 to eat at Nandos. Absolute con.
We were parked outside the front doors of the restaurant, and non of the staff communicated this would be an issue.
Save yourself the hassle and eat elsewhere to force Nandos Headingley to have some urgency in resolving this issue.

I was disappointed with my experience here. The place was overly crowded, which made it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere. While the staff were clearly doing their best under the circumstances, it was obvious they were overwhelmed. Service felt rushed, and it was hard to get the attention we needed.
As for the food, it was underwhelming. Nothing particularly stood out, and it lacked the freshness or creativity I was hoping for. Overall, while the effort from the staff was commendable, the dining experience just didn't live up to expectations.

First time I've ever visited this Nandos and the first time I've ever had takeout from Nandos - extremely impressed!
Service was excellent. I collected the food myself. Everything was fresh and warm and well packed. The guy at the counter was super helpful and really friendly.
Only annoyed thing is - the parking directly outside the restaurant is NOT for nandos customers, so you have to find street parking elsewhere. But other than this, was really pleased with the service and food here.

Nandos 's Food and service is Good as usuall .But the car park there is misleading ,if got there to pick up your food ,you will get a dodgy ticket from the ukcp scams.Are Nandos costumers allowed there to pick up their food legally? Thankyou
