Great food as usual. Staff very friendly and helpful. But I do feel I need to mention the ladies toilets where dirty & smelly.. they were really bad so we decided to go elsewhere

We decided to go for our works Christmas meal as 4 of the team had never been.
The restaurant was pretty empty when we got there we were not warned that there were a lot of items not available.
When ordering the young lad looked really embarrassed. He was very polite and apologetic. There was hardy no drinks available, no chicken wings so we had do a lot if back and forth.
The young lad said ill give you a free bottle of wine as an apology, i thought this was a lovely gesture. The woman said NO WE CANT DO THAT, no polite conversation, she was talking as if i wasnt there.
Her attitude throughout the visit was hostile and not very welcoming, which was a shame as we were all in good spirits. The food came, it was dry and underwhelming. Noone came to see if everything was ok, we ended up leaving most of the drinks we ordered untouched as they were horrible so unless you are an IPA or cheap wine / vinegar lover, stick to soft drinks so it was a waste of £200.
On leaving i spoke to the manageress who was also hostile, unhelpful and said its Sunday we are out of alot of stuff - fair enough but if you are open and have paying guests you could at least pre warn them when they come in or throw a few free sides in as a gesture of good will, failing that you could try have a touch of customer service.
You could learn a lot from the lad that was on the till.
Appalling experience from what is expected from a established restaurant.

popped in for lunch today! staff were super attentive and lovely cannot recommend enough.

It's Nando's. Good food, good service. They had a huge group of foreign students upstairs when we were there and the staff did a great job of getting all their food out in a timely manner (we had to wait longer than usual for ours, but that was fine).

Disappointed the lift wasn't working as a chair user and I was unable to use the toilet facilities. Food portion wasn't worth the money and not likely to visit or recommend friends or family again.
