Pretty good as far as Nando?s go, hot and tasted freshly cooked. The manger served us and she was lovely.

This particular Nandos is the best in Leeds and it's majorly because they have great service. I have eaten with my family and friends 3 times at this Nandos restaurant and all 3 times, I was never disappointed by their service. They are welcoming, warm and understand what good service means to a customer. While I have had a very terrible experience with the Nandos restaurant at Trinity Leeds due to terrible service and rude attendants, the Nandos at The Light Leeds, is the only reason I would still consider dinning at Nandos again.
Well done to the Nandos team of The Light Leeds. I am giving 4 stars because the toilet was not smelling fresh enough and the hand dryer did not work when I last visited. They seemed to be short-staffed on the day so that may be the reason. Other than that, great job by the kitchen staff and attendants. Well done to the Manager there too.
Please go to this Nandos by all means, try to avoid the one in Trinity.

Nandos are usually consistent nationwide but a couple of chips were still frozen - all good otherwise though!

Second time hitting up Nandos in Leeds. The food always tasty, really good, there was nothing left on my plate.
The service was 23 minutes to the main course as it was busy and it was overly uncomfortable and noisy due to parents of children allowing the children to run around dangerously and without restraint.
The food great the staff good the guests not so good.
Apart from that this is a super place but I'll avoid Saturdays and Sundays

Came in on Sunday 13th when I was taking mi daughter to the Cinema and was greeted by Stuart.
The last time I came in was around 3 months before with my brother in law.
Stuart actually remembered me from the last time I came and even remembered some of the things we talked about.
When it comes to customer service,you can't top that.
What a genuinely top bloke and a credit to your company.If you have some kind of way you recognise service,I cannot endorse Stuart enough.Coming from a customer service background,I know how hard it can be to come across employees like this.Keep up the good work.Fabulous.
