I recently visited Nando?s in Kirkstall, and honestly, it was pretty bang average. The food was okay?nothing to rave about, but not bad either. The portion sizes felt smaller than expected, and the chicken wasn?t as juicy or flavourful as I?ve had at other Nando?s locations.
The service was fine?no complaints there?but it wasn?t enough to make up for the underwhelming food. The atmosphere was alright, but overall, the experience just felt lacking.
I wouldn?t go back, especially when there are better options nearby.

Came today for dinner with my partner, didn?t have to wait too long for our first meal but as the portions were so small we ordered one more meal to share between us both as we was still hungry. Had to wait at least 30 minutes for one plate to then be served another small portion of food. Food was not that hot as was left under the hot plate for ages and parts of my mash potato was frozen when I tried it, tasted awful. Definitely been to better Nando?s and wouldn?t come here again.

Would just like to thank the staff for a service well done. The staff went above and beyond for a request for my daughters birthday. They made the last part of the day even more special for her after an exhausting day of activities. Sometimes a simple improvisation can be a big ggift of happiness and goes along way. I for one who has been in the hospitality business and know how hard it is to have good staff, i can honestly say these are the ones you need to hold onto as not just smiling but kind hearted. So again we would like to thank you all again and wish you very happy new year and all the best.
