Nando?s food was very good and cooked to perfect toon. We had a great experience with the service staff. They helped me my alargues and was very careful to keep items cooked separately and safe for me. I would highly rec one d this great place with its good atmosphere.

Would like to say a massive thank you to the team working tonight. Food was beauty as always, very quick and just all around great customer service. Molly was so friendly and helpful when we had issues with the wifi, they resolved the issue quickly and were just such lovely people couldn?t fault any of the staff! I have been to the Thorpe Park one a few times but this was by far the best experience. Beautiful team, thank you again! ??

Just had such a great experience at Thorpe park Nando?s. Keira served us and was so amazing and made it such a delightful experience for us. Also Alyssa took our order on the till and was so lovely. Lewis also talked to us and was so friendly and a great member of staff. Morgan helped us so much and all in all these staff members made the experience so amazing we will be back ASAP and the food was absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much to them all me and my family had the most amazing time.

It was quite busy when we came in, but we got sat almost straight away. After a stressful day of exams results we wanted a good meal and a nice night. We got our free starter, aswell as our NHS and 12-18 discount. Our server was lovely, her name was Olivia, and she couldn't have given better customer service. She was so kind and thoughtful throughout our time. And made conversation rather than just taking our order, this was very nice of her. It made our night very memorable and a nice end to a very stressful day. Thank you so much Olivia, for your helpful, kind and positive attitude throughout our night!

Discriminated against for having a dairy allergy. Been to many different nandos and they tell you to either order at the till or to tell your server about the allergy and order on the app. We did the second option as this is something we always do. For some reason doing this at Nando Springs was wrong. We were then given a two minute condescending speech by a patronising waitress called Imi. She made us feel really uncomfortable for just following the rules of every other store. The food was just basic Nando?s, there wasn?t anything special about it. When we asked for some colouring, we weren?t given Nando?s themed colouring sheets we were just given plain pieces of paper and some crayons. We won?t be coming back to the springs Nandos.

Just want to say a massive thank you to the managers/ ladies having a team meeting/discussion nearby for not only service and food (which was delicious after a long plane journey) but for being kind, considerate and checking in when I fell unwell and needed some privacy. Believe this was the 15th July between 3:30pm -5pm. Thank you again

If you want to waste money order a takeaway from here. Twice I've had things missing from my order. This time 2 dips before mac n cheese and its a pain to claim money back!. Also sure this is not lemon and herb it's so spicy!

In response to my previous review (Very poor service from the ?manager?) ? you?ve given a generic response saying ?we?ve followed up with them so it won?t happen again? ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!! you?re telling me that between the hours of 8PM and 730AM you?ve read this review and spoken with the manager? WHAT A LOAD OF LIES. You haven?t even offered to contact me to discuss this further, typical corporate response to look good on a public review. There is no way this has been followed up at all. PATHETIC

Very poor service from the ?manager? not willing to sort out an issue with their own ordering system. No apology or anything. Won?t be coming back. Now I have to wait for a refund.

I should have listened to the review from two weeks ago about the person complaining about stomach problems afterwards.
Poor hygiene is a possibility, maybe it could be the sauces sat out. Do the sauces get changed often? I have no idea, It tasted great and the chicken seemed good, but something is going on at this restaurant obviously, and it needs to be investigated before a more severe H&S hazard occurs.

Avoid unless you want stomach problems. For a while we hoped it wasn?t caused by this food and it was something else we ate but today confirms it as it?s the only thing we ate and once again had horrible stomach problems. We eat at Nando?s regularly and only had a problem with this restaurant. Maybe poor hygiene of staff or contaminated food. The staff seemed like they had been dragged into work this morning as they just had no life in them, just seemed like they did not want to be there. And usually Nando?s staff is quite energetic and happy. Poor management, no morale and poisonous food. Oh and when busy you will wait and hour just to be stuck on the toilet for the rest of the day?.
