I am very unhappy with the service I received from the hairdresser.She should have asked me first and told me the cost before she did anything.She should have also given me a receipt for her work.I think this is very unfair and unprofessional. I have the right to choose,what I want to do with my hair and how much I want to pay for it. I also have the right to know what she is doing and why she is doing it.I will not go to this salon again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it. I will also write a bad review online and report her to the consumer protection agency.She should not treat her customers like this. Nancy salon never ever lets me down! Nancy has done everything for me from threading my eyebrows to haircuts and highlights. She always amazes me. Since I?ve been going to Nancy Salon I never go anywhere else! Always super friendly and kind. She really is the queen of browns. I came with my mum as she is very big on the salon. I came and she did my eyebrows so beautifully and it suited my face very much. She also shaped my sideburns to make it look natural. I came out the store very happy and feeling good about myself :)Services: Hairstyling

Since COVID (2020) and having 2 babies it's been nearly 3 years I haven't been to anyone to get my eyebrows done. I attended for the first time 2 weeks ago, after driving around the area (known for its many ladies salons) I came across Nancy Salon. When I went to enquire about prices for eyebrows I was taken back and sceptical as I thought "it's just eyebrows" but my 6 month old baby was with me, fussing and due a feed anytime soon so I decided to go ahead with the treatment (didn't realise how popular this salon was on Google with over 100 positive reviews!) The lady really took her time with my eyebrows and even though my baby was fussing she would give me regular breaks to see to her and was really playful with my daughter. It got to a point where she just wouldn't settle with any toy so I had her on my lap which didn't phase the lady at all. She was so lovely with my daughter and continued to finish my treatment in-between making her giggle. After nearly what felt like 30+ mins my eyebrows were absolutely transformed! The lady really knew what she was doing, she gave me a beautiful shape I never thought I could achieve. I am so happy with the service provided and I would highly recommend this salon to all ladies (also ladies with hijab this is perfect and private). The lady was worth every penny and I will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future. Thank you for your patience and great customer services and treatment!Service: Eyebrow threading

literally the only woman i trust with my eyebrows - my mum swore on her life that nancy is worth it . and she?s right . the sweetest lady who never judges others and with the sweetest daughters . does an amazing job on my eyebrows every time even though they don?t match (not her fault just genetics ) and worth the price . she also does almost everything with hair : haircuts , hair colour, perms etc . worth every pennyServices: Perms
