Absolutely horrendous service and charged me 30p for a paper bag

Always had an issue with this place not clearly stating their prices but really craved a snack today and it was much cheaper than the crêpes next door which I originally wanted. The price is only displayed at the cashier.
I got the vanilla and sugar pretzel which was £4.95, same as all the other whole pretzels. There were pretzel bites which were around £2 more. If you wanted an extra topping it is +50p. The wait was long as we went around 3:30pm but the pretzel was baked fresh. It was crisp outside and soft and warm inside so it was perfect.
Overall a 7/10 experience. Would come again only during off peak times.

Well let me tell you something do not eat from this place ! The manger that goes by the name Angela is super rude no customer service dirty floors spider webs and dust everywhere very un hygienic place if you have a sneak peak through the counter it's so disgusting everything is chucked on the floor they boil water on the dirty floor on the other hand the staff are kind and get shouted out from the manger angela rude lady the food hygiene services needs to pay a visit and shut down the place and btw angelina that lip shade does not suit you, you look like that zoo keeper from Madagascar and act like her too oh yeah if your vegan don't go to this place just warning you

It?s my first time trying pretzels ? and I?m glad ? the first impression was great! It was hot, soft and delicious ?. I ordered for vanilla and sugar. I really enjoyed it. I was the only one in the store at the point in time and so my order was ready in no time. Staff were kind! The samples of pretzels were displayed so you can see what your order will look like. I?ll definitely try pretzels ? again ?

Shocked. First time at this branch. My review isn't about the pretzels as they are always fresh and tasty at every branch.I walked into this store with the female manager absolutely ridiculing a member of staff. It was very uncomfortable to be stood there waiting for my pretzels as the manager was there shouting at the member of staff.I understand there are private conversations to be had with staff to review their roles and performance however this was pathetic to say the least. Very rude people management and I felt very sorry for this member of staff. She was stood crying and the manager continued to destroy her. Very embarrassing. To hear things like "if this company was owned by me, you would have been sacked a long time ago" was just upsetting ... not in front of customers.Won't be returning at this branch again.

Walked in to order the place looked a bit thrown together unlike previous visits ( although it?s been over a year) Ordered my pretzel had to repeat myself 4 times then was told 2 minutes ? 15 minutes later i received my pretzel and my receipt snatched out of my hand. The pretzel itself was very nice and fresh my main concern is what I saw while waiting all the walls were filthy the water sprinklers and ventilation above where the dough is prepared were inches thick in dust the once cream in colour oven gloves used in service were now sludgy brown. This place could do with closeting its doors and having a good clean and training the staff on hygiene standards.

Smelled delicious and always wanted to try and i was shocked about the Pretzels we got! Sesame and salt pretzels were raw and soggy and super oily ! I was hungry so we ate them hot realising half way they were 60% raw and sticky ! I felt super heavy and sick few minuted after ! We went back to inform the staff withiut asking for a refund just to mention and they went super hostile ! Wont be going back ever

I went for a pretzel today and I won't be going back again. I've been here before and had such a great experience that I brought two pretzels.Today was totally different. I was so excited to order that I failed to notice all the mess everywhere. There were boxes, a random mixer on the floor (that I assume was broken) and no seating area as it was filled with rubbish.Onto the pretzel itself, it was burnt! It tasted awful, I took one bite and then binned it.Next time I'll just go to the crepe place next door.
