Very good super market. Variety of products. Almost all the day to day range of products available. Groceries, veggies, fruits, drinks, wide range of fresh bakery products, meat, frozen food, home and kitchen products, cleaning and hygiene products, pet food, dairy products, and stationary products are available. It's one stop shop with various price tag. Their 'Saver' products are recommended, which are very reasonable. You can try morrison app for personalised offer.

Price tags consistently show lower prices than the actual cost?not just on one or two products, but regularly across many items.

Very disappointing experience.
On July 29th around 2pm, my girlfriend tried to claim a £4 scratch card win at this store (43 Merrion Centre, Leeds). She showed her valid Chinese passport with photo and date of birth clearly visible (born in 2000). Despite her being of legal age, the elderly female staff insisted that I (her boyfriend) also show ID ? even though I was not claiming the prize. I then showed my BRP card showing I was born in 2001, but she still refused, saying ?but you are together.?
She held onto my girlfriend?s passport and kept saying ?Don?t snatch? when my girlfriend simply tried to take it back. At the end, she told us ?Don?t come back again?, which was extremely rude and made us feel humiliated.
This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. We are both clearly over 18, and we felt discriminated against. Staff should be trained to treat international students and customers from different backgrounds with respect.

A really convenient supermarket right in the city centre. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a great variety of groceries, fresh food, and essentials.
I love the Market Kitchen ? plenty of hot food options cooked fresh, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Staff are helpful, and it?s easy to pop in if you?re shopping in town.
Gets busy sometimes, but overall a great spot!

Staff at the entrance till (darker skin, medium build) refused to serve me for having several items and let people behind me to cut in my line. Actually the person before me through with more but she let him check out.
Ignored my question about cash payment until I asked more than 5 times. Rude and clearly unfair.

It's a Morrisons! Convenient car park but you have to pay. Max stay 2 hours.

I should of updated my review few months ago. Prices are too much look for bargains which their have. It's overcrowded long ques and customers don't move it's frustrating. End up with back ache and tired because of ques. Not all tills open. Rude staff etc Security think their own the place checking bags before people leave.

Cashier spent a solid minute or two staring at my ID for an energy drink while tapping randomly on her screen, had a very unpleasant and unwelcoming vibe, didn't tell me the price my stuff came to (fine on its own because I could see it myself, but what if I had worse eyesight?) Then to top it all off I had to lean over and tear off my own reciept as she was leaned back in her chair not even bothering to do anything. Overall very tense, negative and generally miserable vibe, not helped by the whole store being dimly lit. Also no crumpets ?

I have no problem with Morrison which is quite quality store, but they should make a deal with parking place which belongs to a private company called Euro cars. I have done shopping, paid parking fee and I were a few minutes late, got ticket which was sent to our old address. They carried out my ticket to debt company. Now, I have to apy £170 for parking fine. It is not fair and euro cars is a cruel, unsympathetic company for which I sent a letter and email for appeal and explain but they didn't accept anything. So, the only solution, Morrison should make a deal for their customer or discount or any shopping for a certain amount can park free
