Fries where alright, they taste better when they are fresh, drinks where rather watery, fries and other spilled objects where common in the area, to the point where it could be considered decor.
A group consisting of two pigeons flew in and started to consume the leftover scraps of food left by others, while also crapping on the floor, fast service.

came here to try and get the grimace shake because i've seen it on social media and wanted to try it out for myself, ordered it and then waited, my friend ordered a mcflurry after me and got her food first and i had to end up waiting nearly 10 minutes longer for one item. after they finally called my number out when i was starting to think they forgot me, i sat down to finally enjoy my drink and see what all the hype was about. but to my dismay the grimace shake was just cream with the faintest taste of blueberries, i stirred it, hoping to make it taste better for it to make it worse, not only is it flavourless but the consistency of the drink makes it almost impossible to drink through the paper straw. very unpleasant experience i'm not getting a grimace shake again. still in shock that i spent 3 whole pounds on a cup of cream.

The food was awful. I ordered a fillet fish which was overcooked and dry. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake which was awful very dark and did not taste good. I would not recommend them at all as this is not the first time this has happened.

Not really operating as a fast food restaurant?I get that during busy times, it may be slow but when there?s more staff than customers and it still takes ~15 minutes for two burgers, some chicken nuggets, chips and a drink, I don?t know what to say!

My daughter?s 5th birthday with her friends after a delightful build a bear party?.
£58 order, all arrived, a lovely guy helped us carry to the table!
My daughter opened her Big Mac to remove the bread and pickles (does not eat the bread or gherkins) and the burger had two huge bites out of it and was clap cold.
I tried to complain to the 16 year old looking manager Nathan, and I might as well have been talking to my 5 year old. He said it was the machine and how it cut???? Eh??? No sense there?.. two very obvious bites! I am reporting these to environmental health as either the burger was put back as a return accidentally OR some horrible person had bitten it that works there?. Not impressed!! Was offered a new Big Mac and an apology but he was certain they weren?t bites. Pull the other one guys!!

Placed order online for delivery food turned up in good time by driver but the order was wrong, contacted McDonalds white rose where it came from but the member of staff I spoke to she couldn?t care less even though they messed the order up I had to phone the McDonald?s app people who again couldn?t be bothered and refunded the missing item they weren?t even prepared to send it out, won?t be using them again

I waited 10 minutes for a small oasis drink I went to the counter to ask where my drink was and they said 5 minutes i waited that long for a drink I had to walk off as my own shift at work was starting.

Stopped in here today and i don't expect much from fast food but my triple cheese burger was absolutely disgusting. It's like they dropped it in the deep fryer. Totally dripping with grease. It's also far too hot in the white rose food court. The service was otherwise fine, fast and no issues. But I will be avoiding this McDonald's from now on.

I love this place, the staff are all so friendly! I never have to wait long, but if I do they will let me know so I wouldn?t worry about them forgetting my order. The McFlurry is so good here too! I recommend the Maltesers. I always go here when I go to white rose with my friends. The staff are funny too which makes this place even better. They have never got my order wrong before which is what I love the most about this place
