An experience never to be repeated.
Filthy and I mean filthy.
I had just sat down upstairs when a street begged sat down with us and asked for money.
I said no and asked him to leave he was menacing and my grandson was afraid. He eventually moved on to the next table to pester the people there.
There were a couple of staff members but no one asked him to leave.
I only ordered a coffee which was lukewarm.

The Service in this McDonald?s is appalling! I ordered food and payed with a 20 pound note, they gave my change and I received a Scottish 10 pound note. I wasn?t happy and asked them to change it back, they wouldn?t so I ordered some more food and tried to pay with the money they gave me , they wouldn?t accept it saying I could not spend it here so I said may I speak to the person who gave me it, he claimed he did not remember who he gave it too, if you can I would recommend NOT going anywhere near this place.

The milkshake is awful, it tastes like banana (and I didn't order banana). There's nowhere to sit. The kiosks don't print receipts. The food is average, like any McDonald's. They are quick at taking orders, though.

The security guards at this place were awful. Me and my friend were ordering and this middle age man came up to us and made a sexual comment to us and I complained to the security guard and he did it care and sided with the creepy man! I guess to make his job easier. This does not make women feel safe

I really like the design of the structure. There are quite private spaces when you want to be alone and the service is very good. I recommend it.

On 30/06/2025 at 11:36 I was trying to order on the app as mostly I do , but app had errors I tried to solve that hopefully by seeing the staff at till and the person called supervisor and or manager and she came and in a second just said it?s system error and can?t do anything and I asked how I should order now but she didn?t checked what?s wrong in app on my order and even she didn?t offered me order on till , she left and said sorry.
She don?t deserve be a supervisor or manager of McDonald?s as she is not car for customers and customer service, check your camera she ignored and left in 10 second without helping me order or suggested me order on the till.
I think her name is Araya as I asked from staff.
I found later the problem was one of the orders finished last second and after changing that I was able to order.

I ordered a salad with crispy chicken. To my shock, the salad was dirty and clearly unwashed, containing visible mud. Even more disturbing, I found several hairs tangled together in a clump on the chicken. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards.
When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she initially ignored me and acted as though she couldn?t hear me. When I showed her the food, she responded in a rude and dismissive manner, saying with contempt, ?What do you want?? She made no effort to apologize, nor did she offer a refund or a replacement meal.
