Ordered a Mcrispy and when I opened it there was no lettuce, just a slab of chicken and a pitiful amount of mayo. Not only that but they were out of most of their drinks selection and was unable to order the drink I wanted and as if that wasn't bad enough when I ordered four mozzarella bites in the bag there were only three. Very poor, would not recommend.

McDonald's has always been good! But the toilets are worse these days! Maybe It's because the place of this restaurant which is beside the busy road (leeds city centre) and people using the toilets as public toilets, most of the toilet users are not the customers! Authorities should keep an eye on the cleanliness of toilets.

Asgar and Kath go the extra mile for their customers. The app was playing up when trying to redeem a voucher, which obviously isn't their fault, but they made the whole process painless and got me sorted quickly and with a smile. I'll be back.

Wrong food didn?t realise till I got home and opened box since box said 5 selects when I looked in bag, I never go McDonald?s but was really craving selects today u guys ruined my whole year absolutely devastated gonna cry myself to sleep tonight ? im lactose intolerant and u guys gave me hella cheese what am I supposed to do now?
