Everytime I go to this mcdonalds drive thru you get asked to park up and wait a long time for food to be brought. No sauces or straws brought despite asking. Very dissapointing its not fast food.

Waited 25 minutes on the drive through last night at 11 pm, and there was no communication at all from the staff. Horrible. The food was so cold and not good at all.. I would give that place 0 stars if I could.

To say we are not impressed is an uunderstatement it took 30 minutes for our food to get to us and when it arrived it was flat cold there was only about 6 people in their as well.the tables looked filthy and we ordered a burger and it was burnt and it was so cold that the cheese was not melted a few of out nuggets was pink In the middle and the chips was cold.the manger was doing nothing apart from chatting to one of his staff in front of us nothing about work but about football! Service was terrible the food was horrible never had been to a worse macdonalds in my life absolutely disgusted!

Absolutely shocking again. Wrong order again tried to blame delivery driver for picking up the wrong order. Wouldn't re delivery because they didn't know if they could get a driver and they close at 9pm tonight which i think was the real reason and pointed out to them!!. So 2 family's without food on Christmas eve and the treat has gone out the window for both. Will never use again. The management are shocking too.

Absolutely disgraceful, the lack of respect the lady at the drive thru window was unbelievable. The attitude was appalling and I hope she's taken back into training on customer service. When a comment was made to her she was utterly rude. Sort out her attitude before she works communicating with customers again.

Simply the worst McDonalds around!!
Ever since they reopened after the extension they have gone to extreme lengths to find the slowest, most unskilled, untrained & incompetent staff ever!!
The new layout of the building now hides the kitchen so you can?t see the quite possible only one staff member cooking!
It is baffling how long you have to wait for ?fast food? and then you will have to deal with the fact that half of it is wrong!!
The staff just walk around like zombies!!
Avoid at all costs and use another McDonalds somewhere else!! Unless you can wait an hour for fries!!
Definitely don?t order delivery as you will have to drive yourself to the ?restaurant? to collect the rest of your food!!

The staff were helpful and the place is kept very clean. The food though is not for me, chips that taste like cardboard.

Service Area off the A1/M1 link. Always plenty of space to park. Seating area large & comfortable. Plenty of choice for eating in or take out from Nando to Greggs.
