Ordered online forgot half the order! Stale food and don't answer the phone.

Using the word rubbish as the mildest word allowable on here (probably won?t get published now) but hey, this is the truth and if it doesn?t get published then they obviously can?t handle the truth..) ALL mcdonald?s franchises seem to be run by donkey ?managers? who know NOTHING about catering, management or have any people skills let alone managerial skills. One star is generous for this review. Went to Kirkstall branch and a queue of 15 people waiting and 1 person serving with a ?manager? serving the drive thru while food is left getting cold on a trolley for the customers inside the store and every 2 mins a crew member comes out, gives one food, then disappears for another 5 mins, instead of taking ALL the food that is prepared and give to the customers waiting. Waited 10 mins before I asked the ?manager? if he needed any help. then looked in the kitchen and there?s another ?manager? and about 6 other staff walking around doing NOTHING. I ?notified? this guy that there?s 15 people out here waiting for their cold food and you?re standing around doing nothing and serving the drive thru.. Absolute Joke, cannot multi-task and have no clue how to run a restaurant .. Asked for my money back and went elsewhere. Happy New Year.

They purposely deliver the wrong items I ordered a chocolate milkshake but was served with coke twice. And it took them 45 minutes to deliver a large meal at 3 am.
Here's a tip to the manager if you don't have chocolate milkshake in your store contact your support and remove it from your menu its not that hard it gonna take only two minutes. Trying doing this rather than jeopardizing the brand name.

Much of a muchness standard outlet.
Book your order on the machine it appears quickly eat it and leave.
I had an issue with my booking screen, but none of the staff were interested and talked over me, saying just a minute 'pal'.
Won't go back.

Ok but too often certain items ain't on the menu. I menu how can u run out of hit chocolate for wks or bot be bothered to clean the milkshake machine n say its broke...yes maccies I know the truth haha
