Warning!! don?t eat salad from McDonald?s anymore, recently visited the Birstall one as passing at work ordered a burger to find a dead caterpillar in it. So glad I noticed it, literally vomited several times. Taken back and First Lady literally just looked at me and said what other burger do you want, then the manager came out and apologised and took my details said it would be sent off for analysis and London main office would be in touch. They offered me free medium meal which I think is extremely poor. I get mistakes happen etc but for such a large company it?s not good enough. I have various emails back and forth and some read as if I?ve made it up I?ve even sent them the pictures. They?ve literally now just ignored me!! I WISH THIS WOULD LET ME UPLOAD PHOTO I CAN GUARANTEE YOU?D ALL AVOID AFTER!! AND

Absolutely ? will not be returning here got home food was cold some food was missing phoned them up no one answered had to go back up and get want was missing avoid if you want to waste your money on cold food and missing food waste of money

Called in for a breakfast double sausage and egg mc muffing meal what a mess the burger was we got two meals at the drive though and left drove off not noticing both rappers where covered in grease not very appetising at all need to up your game as to im done with Mc Donald's

What more can I say, super efficient as you would expect from a fast food outlet like MacDonald's.
Plenty of car park places so no worry there. The place has places where they can bring your food to you in the car or even to the table if you want to eat in.

Today was possibly the last time I order from this one, as today they messed up the order and passed the blame to uber eats even though the order was placed direct through the McDonalds app, therefore they receive the order direct and do the packing, last time it was clap cold and this time ordered 2 meals and they didnt pack one of the actual meals just the hash browns and the hot chocolate which was basically brown water with a hint of chocolate and it wasnt even hot!!!! And trying to report a problem through the mcdonalds app is like pulling teeth in the dark

Ordered to eat in, food took 30 minutes to arrived, not exactly fast food.
They should really reconsider the decision to accept online orders as they're unable to cope with the demand at certain points.

McDelivery order always wrong
We have ordered 3 times and each item wrong.
First time missing a happy meal
Second time sent single cheeseburgers instead of double
Third time ordered two McMuffin meals and only sent one.
It seems the people packing the delivery orders do not care what goes into the bags as they do not have to speak to the customers

I was refused access with my service dog. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW.
I depend on my dog to keep myself alive and give me independence. I forgot my lunch at work and popped in to grab a meal (for takeaway) and was told I needed to leave as no dogs were allowed in. I calmly explained that he is necessary to detect my seizures and he has legal access rights as my medical assistance dog. The young till worker was very apologetic and did offer to bring me my food outside. I re-explained my legal right to have my dog with me and was told this was managements decision not his. I went outside because I didn?t want to make a scene but I was incredibly upset.
Since when does a McDonalds manager override the UK law?

The Mcrib was very disappointing for £5.00 you can get rustler BBQ rib for £2.00 which is a lot better and taste nicer I will not be getting one agen ?
