Food is always flat cold! Food takes 15-20 to be ready but yet is cold so not ideal what all the staff are doing. The managers are SOOO rude never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service

Ordering from uber eats.
Now the delivery drivers have gotten to the restaurant twice, and then either cancelling or finding another driver.
I'm not sure what the restaurant are doing but they clearly don't want business.

Ordered food at drive thru, told to wait in car park, waited 20 mins + and nothing came, had to get home so left without food. Not the first bad experience I've had here either, won't be coming back
