Not far from City centre, easily approachable by public transport, free parking, quite and huge space, variety, nice and helping staff, trial rooms, washroom.

I asked an assistant where I go to collect my Amazon parcel - to which she replied ?at the Amazon locker? informed her that I hadn?t been in this store - just told me it was ?over there? ?at the back of the store?
I know people are tired, possibly don?t like their job etc but there?s nothing wrong with a smile and a direction to somewhere instead of being flippant. I?m getting tired of customer service people who don?t give a damn. I see it all over.
Leave whatever rubbish mood you?re in at the door please.

This is a really good Matalan store. I always shop at this particular store even thoe it's like 10 miles away from where I live, but I don't mind. Really good store. I'm impressed.
