I am very happy with the team at Martin & Co, Leeds city office, for their fantastic response time in addressing the issue of water supply leakage in the kitchen. Renting with Martin & Co has been an amazing and peaceful experience for me. My property manager, Sue Wilson, is very knowledgeable, professional and transparent. The team in Leeds is very approachable, and the properties they manage are in good/excellent conditions. They also make good use of technology to make the processes easy for the tenants.They can truly be trusted. I felt like I could ask any questions and ask for help whenever needed. And I always received help and a quick response.

We moved into our property in Middleton in August, and while there were some issues, they were not the fault of Martin & Co and they have now been fixed. Our Agent, Haf, has been very helpful and patient with us throughout our time at our property.

Back in 2018 we signed for a property in Rothwell. We had delt with Sue. She was amazing in getting a hassle free tenancy signed for and moved in quickly.During our later months before ending our tenancy, we delt with Haf, absolute cracking agent! If you had a problem, he could and can get it sorted for you!We've since moved out (2023-24) through no fault of the agency or the landlord. We have moved into social housing. Our time has come to an end with Martin & Co. But I'd never hesitate to use their services again!10 out 10... for service and care.5* Rating for the agency overall!

Kate and Nadeem at Martin and Co recently handled the sale of our flat in Brewery Wharf, and they did an absolutely fantastic job! Kate particularly worked so hard to make sure our sale went through, and did a brilliant job of managing all the other agents / solicitors in our long and very complicated chain. It was really helpful working with an agent who knows Brewery Wharf so well as she knew all the ins and outs of the rules around leasehold sales. Would 10/10 recommend!

I've just bought my first property through martin & co and Nadeem and Kate couldn't have been more helpful and kind. As a first time buyer the process has been very new to me but they have not only been incredibly efficient and knowledgeable but also very empathetic towards me as i was a little overwhelmed at times with the process! From organising a thorough video viewing and putting in an offer right through to completion and key collection, Nadeem and Kate answered countless questions and went out of their way to help me!
