I would like to recognise the outstanding level of professionalism, kindness and personality of Mickey, who helped me with my purchase and touched my heart with his exquisite manners and generosity.
Members of staff like him should be highly valued and recognised, given the impact they have on customers experience.

It is a good little supermarket
But it's not cheap .but I always manage to get a bargain or two as I have a Sparks card which as offers on sometimes and my charity gets something extra whenever I use my Sparks card . So basically everyone benefits when I shop at M n S. And also the staff qt my local are very friendly and helpful and chatty and extremely efficient.

Well they sack employees for taking 2 days off for mental health issues boycott store it is unacceptable when a company says they support mental health charities but then terminate someone on that ground

Over priced, especially at this time of a cost of living crisis. Staff behaviour needs improvement. Again, food is way too expensive here. Thinking of making my own sandwiches for lunch.

Awful store. Went in today to get some food, a young Asian man was serving at the till. He was helping a customer when an older White female employee came around and shouted at him in front of us all. The poor kid looked terrified. I'm a regular and he appeared to be a new employee. This was utter disrespect and degradation of a human being. I will never set foot in this store again. The management appears to be awful if they're treating their employees like this.

Its an oasis of retail quality in a retail centre on the first floor of the hospital providing moral and service to patients and visitors alike. I love it well done M&S for taking the risk!

Very expensive store. All the food items are expansive. The meal deal here is more expensive than anywhere at St James hospital where it is situated. some of the staff are rude. You might think that it will be cheaper as it is situated in the hospital but no it seems like it aims for the staff who are on a high salary and not the patients.
