Unhelpful staff and doctors that seem to have got there medical licence from a online course . Would not recommend at all. you'll die of old age before you get through to book a appointment.

Every time I've had to make an appointment with the doctor,the process from the receptionist through to seeing the doctor has been fantastic,I've always been seen the same day and the receptionists have been so polite and helpful, keep up the good work ?

Mum (86) visited GP today who i think got out of the bed the wrong side this morning. When mum explained issue, he asked 'what do you want me to do about it !!! She's suffering from high blood pressure and requested a change in prescription. He said do you want me to cancel your prescription or give you a different one. Shocking attitude to a worried 86 yr old, GP's are suppose to support and comfort patients aren't they ???

The staff when I came to the GP were nice and polite, however, the receptionist I called on the phone was very rude, she kept shouting at me, she couldn't speak nicely with a lower tone. She made me feel so bad, I hope she will experience what I experienced

Leg wound dressing was replaced with new dressing advice given on monitoring it along with contact numbers for emergency support if required

The gp referred me to harrogate to get a prescription for Testosterone as im a trans man who has been self medicating. When I got a letter from Harrogate recommending I get it prescribed they denied the prescription again so I made an appointment to discuss why they couldn?t prescribe it. I had an appointment with Dr Barton and he would talk over me whenever i told him why I need the prescription. Some of the things he said were ?it?s for your safety? ?I could lose my job? especially when I told him how it would negatively impact my mental health and lastly he said ?it?s like treating someone with cancer and asking what treatment they want?

Just spoken to DR Barton for a simple medication review for my UC and he is honestly such a credit to the surgery he went above and beyond where other DRS have just kept it basic and I've gone away with a few questions I have had over my illness now answered and feel a bit more in control moving forward, I felt he genuinely cares about his patients and making sure they are OK, we need more doctors like this especially with mental health been worse than its ever been having a doctor this genuine would help more patients feel heard and helped at appointments.

Can't ring and book an appointment, can't book online for an appointment, can't sit and wait for an appointment. Seriously.Used to go here as a child, no issue's. Might be time to change unfortunately.

Running 40 minutes late, no apology or explanation. Then was seen by a male doctor after specifically booking for my child to see a female doctor. Dr Barton needs a serious attitude adjustment, rude, dismissive and talking to me like I was stupid. Disgusting service provided. I feel sorry for the reception team, they are lovely and have to deal with the fallout from the terrible sub par doctors.

for the second time I had an appt at 12.30pm to see the nurse for my babies injection, went over to reception numerous times to check why there is such a delay, the reception kept saying the nurse is with a patient. 1 hour 5 mins of waiting the reception used her ?initiative? and saw the nurse which said the appt wasn?t showing on her system. Absolutely disgusting that i was made to wait that long with my one year old in my lap who was getting agitated as no strollers are allowed in the surgery. For them just to say sorry. They had to remorse and carried on laughing and joking behind reception. Cannot believe that this happened again for the second time.

I have been Ringing them every morning 8am for the past 2 week but they have no appointments. Won?t give 7 days in advance appointment. Don?t know how they have 5 Star reviews on the web. Absolute rubbish service and attitude towards patients issues.

Been on phone for over 1 hr since 8 am it it is now 9.10 am then get told no appointments available this surgery is ridiculous no doctors available Will be contacting surgery partners and make a formal complaint this is stupid.It is no fault of the receptionists it us the system that is at fault need a complete overhaul.
