Landlords lose money and tenants don?t know when they can move in.People reply to email as and when they feel like, communication is pretty awful with customers and internally between each other. Doesn?t seem that they really know how to run a business to be honest.Customer service is a joke and I?ve called multiple branches and seems this is embedded into their culture.If they do eventually decide to answer the phone, good luck trying to find anyone who actually wants to help, provide next steps and backup properties. Apparently this doesn?t come naturally to probe for any of the above, you will have to fight a lot to just understand how they?ve decided to run a business and for them to give you a solid answer on anything.Generally an unprofessional agency which I will not be using again.And after looking at their social media platforms it also looks like it?s a sexist company too. I feel sorry for anyone that works there, because generally everyone I?ve spoken to has been miserable and unhelpful.Don?t waste your time, go anywhere else or rent privately. Job will be done quicker and you?ll actually know what?s going on.
