I have to commend Vicky Alexander on the excellent service she provided as a mortgage broker. Vicky was helpful and responsive and really knows her stuff. She explained complex jargon in a simplified way and offered helpful guidance. Vicky made the whole process of securing a mortgage and associated cover feel relatively painless. Highly recommend!

Absolutley positive experience at Manning Staintons from searching their website, ringing to booking a viewing, the viewing itself then on to meeting Vicky Alexander our mortgage advisor at Manning Staintons office. She was so helpful explaining every step of the process. She listened and understood our needs. She secured our mortgage for us and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Vicky was absolutely amazing at sorting my mortgage. She took her time to explain the whole process, as a first time buyer I had absolutely no idea, but she had no issue with answering my never ending list of questions. Vicky was able to make appointments around work and other commitments. I will definitely be back in touch with her in 5 years when it comes remortgaging.

We are so extremely grateful to Charlotte (our move manager) & the team for being such wonderful human beings.
