So first time i came it was horrible but i came again today and LET ME TELL YOU! not only did they help me with what i need but MOLLY was an absolute star! Polite, helpful, sincere and look my experience from 0/5 to a 5/5!!! This woman deserves a raise

First visit to this store back in 2022 was amazing, very helpful staff, knowledgeable, attentive. Really helped me pick the bag I wanted and I ended up getting a scarf as well. All visits since then have been a bad experience. I have returned for a bottle of perfume later on in 2022 and I was just left to my own devices. I did not receive an orange LV box as I did when bought perfume online. Also no samples were offered. I have returned to the store the following day as I really liked one of the bags and again, the service just wasn't great, no samples. My last visit was on my birthday, July this year. Windows were all boarded up but the plywood on the inside wasn't painted and the store looked really bad and the light wasn't good at all. Previously i received help with the pram up the step, staff were smiling and attentive. I came in for a perfume refill and the attendant was just going with the motions, I was interested in some earrings as well but the lady didn't even offer to pull them for me, only showed them to me on the ipad. So I got my birthday present elsewhere. I will only visit this store for a perfume refill from now on, only because I can't get that online. Its a massive shame as buying luxurious products in the shop is a great experince and the staff at this store really don't seem to understand it anymore!

Visited the store on Sunday 26th November with my husband he bought me sunglasses and LV Sliders which you can appreciate are not pennies these are luxurious items, the girl who served me needs to find manners, also I feel totally mistreated and robbed as I got home and opened the sliders to show my mum and the box was ripped to pieces!!! Really??? Every item I have from Louis Vuitton I have kept on my boxes !! Quite honestly sooo disappointed, I will never ever shop in that shop again x

The staff at this store are extremely unhelpful, rude and obnoxious, go else where , we took back a bag that quite clearly had a fault and were told nothing could be done and to buy anothera couple of days later a lady from the store called us to argue the toss and then hung up on my partner. Who is she to hang the phone up on my partnerthe advisor needs to remember she works in the shop she does not own it

The best Louis Vuitton store and this is credit to the wonderful staff team working in the Leeds store. Staff are very experienced, knowledgeable, attentive and a true asset to the brand. Always an honour to visit the Leeds store.

Me and my friends went to have a browse in store, we went in and I noticed the windows were smashed so simply asked what had happened and one of the male sales assistants (never noticed him before) said in an abrupt and snarly manner ?yeah, a while ago? and looked me up and down. We then went upstairs and were speaking to the lady who had assisted me when purchasing a bag a couple of months ago, and almost instantly after being upstairs security followed us up (I believe the wannabe male sales assistant had sent him up), security looked me and my friends up and down, looked at the female sales assistant speaking to us in a way that spoke a thousand words, proceeded to hesitate a few seconds before asking ?who?s bag is this? (which was quite clearly some excuse as he obviously didn?t realise we were having a nice chat with the friendly female sales assistant), we politely said it was ours and that we would move it closer so it is not left unattended. He then went downstairs. We came downstairs shortly after browsing the shoes and as we were about the leave the same male sales assistant from earlier looked us up and down, AGAIN, have a gave a foul look, and looked away, so I said to my friends ?come on we?ll go, I don?t understand why certain sales assistants think it?s okay to be so snooty and judgemental?. We are dressed in smart casual and had already shopped at mont blanc and a few other stores before this, so there really was no need. Extremely hostile environment and will never take my money again, wish I could take the £2,000+ duffel bag back and repurchase in a more reputable store. It seems he had a chip on his shoulder. Bless him.

I wanted to know how you could tell the difference between an original Louis Vuitton product from a fake. They could only advise me to look around York for an authentication shop, they were very pleasant to speak to.

Exceptional service on my visit to the store today. All staff incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, special mention to Helena who also made lunch reservations for us.
